About James

James Bartolozzi is a Northern Virginia native, Associate Broker, and part-owner of one of Virginia’s top RE/MAX teams. Growing up in a real estate family gave James an early understanding of the business, but his own career has been built on communication, transparency, and a hands-on approach with every client.

Since entering real estate in 2014, James has continued to sharpen his ability to serve buyers, sellers, investors, and referral partners at a high level. He played D1 Tennis at Mount St. Mary’s University and earned his MBA from the University of Tennessee. He also obtained his broker’s license to bring a stronger strategy, market insight, and leadership to each transaction. Whether helping a client buy their first home, sell a long-time property, or relocate altogether, James focuses on making the process clear, direct, and well-managed from start to finish.

James works his own business personally, which means clients and referral partners work directly with him, not through layers of handoff. His approach is built around honest advice, consistent communication, and helping people make confident real estate decisions.

Outside of real estate, James is married with one daughter. He enjoys family time, golf, country concerts, investments, and cheering on Tennessee sports. Go Vols!
